When a need was felt to take measures against Malpractices, the Cluster Formation seemed to be the answer. “Cluster” is the assimilation of more than 2 Exam centres in a particular geographical area within a radius of not more than 2 km.The students from the assimilated centre belonging to a cluster are arranged alphabetically & numerically divided to the centres within the cluster. Clusters are formed in District HQ’s, Towns & Major Villages.
